Lately I've been looking into different cleanses. There are so many! There are soup cleanses, juice cleanses, detoxifying smoothies...the list could go on and on.
One I am particularly fond of trying is the green smoothies. The source of vitamins and fiber is essential for everyday health purposes, but the energy you get (from what I have read) is indescribable. That was the real selling point for me.
Trying to keep up with a newborn's schedule without caffeine is nearly impossible, so here's hoping this works.
